Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Aspiro is operated by VITA PROM USA INC, 2212 E 28th St, Brooklyn, NY 11229, United States. We are the controller of the personal data described here. For any privacy question or request, write to talent@aspiro.pro.

2. What we collect

Account details. Your email address, your name, and a hashed version of your password. If you sign in with Google instead, we receive your Google account ID, email address, name and profile picture from Google.

Your assessment answers. The answers you give to the questionnaire, and the profile our engine derives from them — your interest and personality scores, your matched career directions, and the report generated for you.

Questions about attention and social interaction. These questions are part of the assessment, and we store your answers with the rest of it. We calculate ADHD/ASD indicators and use them to order career matches only if you give separate, explicit consent. The underlying answers remain subject to the normal retention policy even if you decline or withdraw that consent. See section 4.

A CV or LinkedIn export, if you upload one. An AI model (see section 5) reads the text and estimates starting values for your interest and personality scores; your questionnaire answers then refine them. The extracted text and those starting values are kept with your session.

Your messages to the assistant. The conversation you have with Aspiro in the chat.

Technical and security data. Your browser’s user-agent string. An anonymous chat session stores a daily, keyed hash of your IP address to help limit abuse; its record does not contain the raw address. Our web server may also record IP addresses in access logs. We record IP addresses for account registration and sign-in security events. Password-reset and account-deletion audit events do not include the IP address.

3. Why we process it, and on what basis

To provide the service — score your assessment, match career directions, generate your report, run the chat, and keep your account. This is necessary to perform our agreement with you.

The attention and social-interaction screening — processed only on your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

To keep the service secure — audit logs, rate limiting and abuse prevention, on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting the service and its users.

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not profile you for marketing, and we do not sell it to anyone.

4. The optional health-related screening

The questionnaire contains a short section on attention and social interaction. Because the answers may reveal a condition such as ADHD or autism, we ask for your explicit consent before deriving indicators from them or using those indicators to order matches, separately from the rest of the assessment.

If you consent, these answers influence how your career matches are ordered. If you do not, the assessment still works and your report is still produced — that section simply does not affect it.

You can withdraw this consent at any time from your account. When you withdraw it, we remove the derived indicators from stored results and regenerate career matches and reports without them. Past chat messages and the underlying questionnaire answers remain until you delete your account.

5. Who else processes your data

We share data only with the providers we need to run the service, and only for that purpose:

6. Where your data is processed

Aspiro is operated from the United States. Our application hosting and the providers listed above may process data in different countries, including countries outside your own. Contact us if you need details about the location and safeguards that apply to a particular transfer.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your account and assessment data for as long as your account exists, so you can return to your report and compare later attempts. When you delete your account, we delete your account, your assessments, answers, results, reports and chats. We retain the action and date of security audit events after account deletion; account identifiers and associated device details are removed from those records.

8. Your rights

You can, at any time and directly in your account:

You can also ask us to correct inaccurate details, or object to a particular processing, by writing to talent@aspiro.pro. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Cookies and browser storage

Aspiro does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. We store a small number of strictly necessary items in your browser so the service can work — see the Cookie & Storage Notice for the full list.

10. Children

Aspiro is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

11. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use your data, we will tell you in the product before it takes effect.
